Return / Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with KARMA by KG!
Due to the nature of our garments:
ALL intimate apparel, KG Essentials and swim are FINAL SALE.
ALL sale items are FINAL SALE.
Loungewear items are available for sizing exchange only. In order to be eligible for an exchange, product must be returned within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your sizing exchange upon availability. If we are unable to accommodate your sizing request, a store credit will be issued.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to exchange your item(s).
KARMA by KG is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back items.
